Ghostriders in the sky…

As mentioned before paying the prices required to see a movie, I opted to not loan my spleen and instead watch a movie from the comfort of my home while wearing boxers…
I recently picked up Ghostrider on dvd. I figure Nick Cage has yet done a bad movie, I like skulls, and a good bike so the movie can’t be half bad right?
This time that would be correct. The movie was pretty good, not too shabby .. much better the Shrek the Turd…
I cannot remember who told me, but it was brought to my attention I need to post more. Pay my bills, and provide me with play money and I would be happy to post for you. I would have used the word blog a lot but it just sounds like a bathroom experience gone bad.

Pirates, Shrek, and taking a dump playing Dig Dug

Last night Vanessa and I went to the movies and remembered why downloading movies would be much better the going to the movies.
First it cost us eighteen dollars for two tickets to one show… not two shows.. one. At those prices I was thinking perhaps I would get a back rub or a blow job from an attractive usher.. even a free six pack of beer would have soften the blow, but none of that was in the cards.
We pay for our ticket to one show and then dodge getting ripped off too much at the concession stand.
First we watched Shrek the Third, it pretty much sucked after about thirty minutes. If there was ever desperation for a sequel this was it. When the most interesting character is Snow White we have a problem here. Too bad really since the second one was funny.
So we wasted our money on that pile of shit. After we exit the theater we stopped by a Pirates showing which was about to begin.
I know what you are thinking and yes, we walked right on in to the theater with out paying another eighteen dollars. I figured what’s the harm? They made enough money off us the first time around, the first movie was crap we should get another chance. They do it all the time in restaurants, why not the movies?
After wrestling with our conscience for all of two seconds, we watched Pirates. It was better then Shrek so that was a relief. Then again anal leakage would have been better then Shrek the Turd. I personally didn’t care for the ending of the movie but it was still a pretty decent movie.
Speaking of anal leakage and turds, I installed Dig Dug on my Treo and started playing that when I have to crap…. it’s good fun.
I recommend trying it out yourself. Buy a Treo, install Dig Dug, take a crap, and play game!

First off .. I made a comment on my previous post about Dilbert and failed to post the comic strip which went with the thought… let’s start with that ..

I knew there would be another Rambo movie.. and today I read there was a trailer on YouTube. The article went on about how the trailer for Rambo 4 was too violent.. well let’s take a moment to reflect… it is an internet trailer.. with RAMBO.. and well we like violence .. so with out further do .. we have our selves a gory Rambo trailer… *thumbs up*
Will I pay to watch the movie? Probably not …
Tomorrow is a holiday and yours truly has to work… at least my Assistant Manager purchased hats for he and I to wear… I will post a picture for all of you to see.. *shrugs* tomorrow is going to be a joke…

Due to recent upgrades to a Treo 700p, I no longer have the need to use an online calendar. Since the project was axed, I also removed the link from the menu at the top.
Did you ever even look at the calendar I posted on this site? Doubt it…
Do you even give a shit that it is gone? … not likely..
Moving on .. to the Treo ..
Vanessa is concerned I am going to stop using the iPod for my music since I can load it onto the Treo. I do have a few songs on the phone just to have some music going while I am taking a crap browsing the internet. I told her there was no way a treo could replace my 30 gig iPod. *smirks*
I have however started the nerding process… I installed a bar tending program, an instant messaging program which supports AIM, Yahoo, MSN, Yahoo, and GMail… *shrugs* I am going to go through the battery in one day… *laughs*
The more I am using the phone, the more I am learning I can do with it. I will eventually be working on setting up an internet connection through the phone and use Sprint to access the internet instead of whom I am using so I can’t be regulated.. Since I am using a Treo with constant internet access I can’t imagine them trying to nick me for using it as a modem too.. and if they do, I will just have the charges removed.*smirks*

Today was Ami’s dance recidal. I was so proud of her, I have a couple of pictures which I may end up sharing on here.. or I may just let Vanessa post them on her website… *shrugs*
Finally… after the last two or three days of crap I have had to do at work.. Dilbert once again hits the nail on the head..

Seriously, who would have thunk you could not only read, or even play games while shitting but now I can write while I shit too!

After a few days of having my new phone I have to tell you this phone is just an awesome device. If you have never owned a Treo I suggest you check one out. I do not think there has ever been another time in my life I have ever been this organized. I love the features on my phone book plus the ease of use of email. Of course I can have music playing in the background of the phone while I am doing all this… very nice!
Last night we decided instead of burning money on gas, we would burn money on a movie. Shawn, Vanessa and I went to the movie theater with intent of watching Shrek the Third. When we arrived the theater was infested with rejects dressed up as pirates. Even the heavy set girls were dressed up as pirate ships! I thunk we even saw the Black Pearl but was confused since she was on land. Needless to say we just went home and opted to watch Shrek another day.

Today I got the call… the Treo had arrived. I was very relieved as you may recall my worries about not getting the phone since I did purchase it on ebay.
Alas I was wrong… after I left work and watched Ami’s school play, I went to the mall to purchase a good leather case.
I managed to find one at the sprint store but not only did they want thirty nine bucks for the case but it was a piece of shit. So I ended up finding one better suited for my needs at some dipshit wireless store.
oh yeah… and after a year of telling me my phone sucked, Vanessa took the Katana…. Women.

Caught up on the DVR this weekend, caught the season finale of Smallville. That was a pretty kick ass ending. I enjoyed it about as much as I did Las Vegas, but that is a rant I shall pass on for the time being.. I found out too I can download tv episodes off the internet. I mean I knew there was a way to do it but I never got around to actually caring enough to learn.. now that I have .. I might have to do that if I miss something on the DVR, etc.
Hopefully my phone will come in tomorrow. (which I doubt since I am impatient) However, if I can truly start using the phone as a modem barring the speeds are the same or better then I will access the internet through my phone as opposed to using the internet here where I am staying. *shrugs* I already have my eyes on the car docking station I am going to get if mine doesn’t work, and a couple of other accessories… soon I will have to load it down with various applications too… *smirks*

Ok, as you know I posted on here about how I purchased this Treo 700p on ebay.. well I am like all excited about getting this phone. I however have not hear a damn thing from this person in email about thanks for the purchase, here is the tracking number, I mailed it today, nothing.. starting to get a little frustrated… Then again I am probably being impatient..
Vanessa got her wheels back today, she is very excited. I know what is it like to rely on other people for a ride to places so for that I am very happy for her.. *smiles*
I installed two new camera’s at work yesterday .. so if you come in to my store.. I will be watching.. (imagine my eyes roaming around like the T-1000 from Terminator 2)
Finally if you are wondering why I have Jennifer (my-ex) listed in the subject I will now share that with you. After months of going back and forth on what phone to purchase… Sanyo M1, PPC 6700, Treo 700, Motorola Q, or the Razr. I finally decided to pick up the Treo 700p. First I steered off from having a windows operated phone, to no surprise it used more battery life and memory. A friend of mine was supposed to get me a good deal on the phone but it fell through.
I happened to be playing around on ebay while I was waiting for my ride this afternoon and I found it for half the price. Can’t complain about getting a new $700.00 phone for $350.00. *smirks* I will soon have reached the next level of nerdism.
I am stoked… The funny thing is Vanessa has told me for over a year; “Katana sucks” She has been telling me for almost a year how much she things my phone sucks. Now, she is telling me when I upgrade my phone she will be inheriting my Katana… *pause for just a moment just asI did* I asked Vanessa why she wants my phone after telling me for a year how much she hated it. Her answer; “It has telenav…” I look at her even more puzzled at this point. She follows up with, “You got me hooked on Telenav.” I could have sworn she told me she hated Telenav too but I am more then likely wrong… *shrugs*
I might even add the internet package to the phone so I could have my own internet and not rely on the in-laws but that might be a little too much…. *groans*
On a completely different note, I won a contest a while back where the winner would have his boss come out and clean the bathroom… I think I may have mentioned it on here at some point, I am sure I did… cause well I would do something like that… I took the camera to work today knowing he would be coming in and I took.. many… many.. pictures.. however since I promised him I would not post them all on here so I will just put one …

Drop Boxes..

Dad dumps preschooler in box You know I have to admit at first I thought this was kind of funny… and in a way it still is.. Kind of makes kids like movie rentals. Difference is I think they were drive up drop off boxes and people lit them on fire… here you have to actually walk the child up and place it in a box..
Now if a kid left their parents in a drop box… that would be funny…
I am so fuckin tired!! I helped out in an inventory last night… and I am doing another one tonight.. the good news is I am not doing six in a week or whatever the fuck it was I did in October.. that was insane!
I have to work now … they pay me to do that kind of stuff..
