Are you a fan of Taiko Drums? Have you ever heard them? I became a fan of them after watching Rising Sun so many years ago.

Unfortunately I have never been able to really find any music or I haven’t been looking in the right places.. however I have found some on the internet and it’s pretty cool. It’s can be relaxing or if turned up loud enough can also annoy the shit out of your spouse and neighbors.. *laughs*

Somehow I managed to successfully piss off both of my computers. One Windows 7 didn’t recognize my USB drives anymore. This is bad because EVERYTHING of mine is on the external HHD. Fortunately I was able to fix that with a simple sfc /scannow.. the notebook on the other hand I completely pissed it off.

Fortunately just when I was about to nuke the desktop I had all my stuff backed up. Remember kids.. backing up is good.. When you have been through nearly every build of Windows you learn this early and often…

I wanted to share this because… well let’s see.. I used to run on the radio waves back in the day.. CB’s, scanners, etc. and I we used to do this to the local Taco Bells!

Actually it was the local Taco Bell, Wendy’s, McDonald’s, and I think that was it. We might have tapped into a store or two I don’t remember. I don’t remember for two reasons, 1. It was almost ten years ago. 2. I was pretty high during those times!

The article made me laugh.. Unfortunately for those sheep raping retards in Sedalia; they were not smart enough to not get caught!

I was listening to XM this morning and Duff McCagan was playing some songs on Octane. In between songs he would comment about various bands, most of the time just wishing he would shut the hell up.

The worst part was after a Metallica song he rambles about how his old band, *cough* Guns N’ Roses (whom he did not mention by name), toured with Metallica a few years ago.. he “Had a great time but doesn’t remember much of it.”

If you do not remember it, then why speak to it you fucking moron!

Wow…. At the end of the show they are thanking Duff for hosting the countdown and informed the listeners if we wanted to be put through that hell again the kind fucks at Sirius will replay on Wed.

In my quest to go over the top with virtual PC’s… I have a TB HHD so I figure what the fuck???

Back to my regularly scheduled blogging.. or something …

At present I have a virtual desktop of Windows XP Pro.. Ubuntu.. and now I am presently installing Windows 98 SE… why? Aww… who the fuck knows.. I am just messing around reminding myself once again that Windows sucked much worse then it does not.. I think I spent more time on the internet finding a working key for Win98SE then I did running the installation. Yes.. I admit it.. I found a key for win98 off the internet. If you want to track me down for a key to get a broken down ten year old piece of shit OS then by all means more power to you…

Ahh how I had forgotten the drum rolls gif when installing Windows.. Since I was going back in time I figured I would go ahead and installed my favorite desktop theme.. *laughs*

I really have forgotten how different things were between Windows 98 to todays OS’ With all this reminiscing, perhaps I will go a step further and install dos??

As I browse various websites bragging about their “special” versions of Windows.. Be it XP with big tittied women.. or Vista.. with a big schlong like theme.. I come across these builds people have made where they have trimmed out all the drivers, and mounds of extra bullshit that comes pre piled on your Windows installation.

I found a program these people are using to gut that extra bullshit out of their copies of XP. I was intrigued… so I installed my “LEGAL” copy of XP and ran this de crappify program and I was very impressed with how much of a difference it makes.

Two things… 1. Where in the fuck has this program been for eight years.. 2. Is there one for Vista?

Seriously though.. this program is pretty money balls…

Not a bad way to spend my first official day of vacation though…

Started off with some GTA 4, leading into Fallout 3, fixed my daughters computer, went shopping for valentines day, played around with cleaning up XP, more GTA4, and virtual desktop insanity.. Almost a completely perfect nerd day!

So after a year of putting off setting up a Netflix account Vanessa decided to sign us up. I spent some time building up a que of movies I wanted to watch so Vanessa couldn’t have all the fun.

After that I took it a step further, I found out there is a Mobile Netflix which you can download to your windows mobile phone. This allows you to access your Netflix account through your phone, view your que or add to your que.

This is going to be very handy for a couple of reasons. When you are somewhere and you see a movie you wouldn’t mind watching but do not wish to own the DVD forever, and if you see a movie on TV you would like to watch but it will be bogged down by the waterfall of mind numbing commercials then I can just go access my que on my phone and wait until it comes in the mail! As of this post I think there are about 57 DVD’s total in the que that one of use in the family want to watch.

That’s how I roll… I love technology…

I know I can stream Netflix also.. not sure I want to open that can of worms quite yet.

Now that I have a desktop worth a fuck, I have decided to put Virtual Desktop to it’s full potential. Or more so actually use Virtual Desktop the way I have wanted to set it up.

As of this post I am running Windows 7 (big surprise) as my primary os, with Ubuntu and Windows XP as my virtual desktops. Now.. if I could find a Mac image that would work in a virtual desktop environment I would be set! It is kind of cool to be sitting at one desktop computer and have the ability to run Windows 7, Windows XP, and Ubuntu simultaneously!

I AM UBER NERD!!! BWAA HAA HAA!!!

Why would I need all of these operating systems? Not for any other reason then the fact that I can! There you have it!! I do it because I can!! Isn’t that the reason we do most things?

Kind of like the Netflix thing I mentioned above… *laughs* well the virtual desktop bit is a bit more absurd but that’s ok…

This has to be some of the funniest shit I have seen in a while…

I was in a meeting the past week and we were talking about how to ensure we continue providing good customer service, etc. They were going around the room discussing their favorite places to shop and why.

Places these people shop the piano is played, and there is like a three ring circus when they enter the store. I listen to these stories and I think to myself, “Where in the fuck are these people shopping?”

Then it was my turn, I told them I hated to shop. People are rude, slow, and have sign of intelligence in them what so ever.

I recently went to a pet store to pick up some toys for my dog, and the lady had to count the items in the bag five times to make sure it matched what was on the register! Last night I was in the grocery store and the clerk was so confused he held up the line for fifteen minutes and it took two more employees to come over and unfuck the problem.

Let’s not open another register so the rest of us can leave while the mentally challenged figures out the issue. We have the pleasure of standing there watching the buffonery while growing more irritated by the second wanting to stick a twelve pack up his ass.

This grocery store was mentioned in the meeting I referenced and I am thinking where is the piano and three ring circus?

Shopping for anything sucks…

Oh yeah and I saw the “leaked” G.I.Joe trailer… looks like it could have potential but I am not holding my breath. I think the consistent markings of the “Arashikage Clan” on Storm Shadows weapons and the logo on Snake Eyes Uniform is a stretch. I would think a society of Ninja’s would have it as a tattoo and some what hidden.

What the hell do I know about Ninja’s…
